The following are needs for material items to be used in the ministries of the church.
Towel Collection for Christian Care Nursing Home - We will be collecting towel sets (one bath towel and one wash cloth) for our adopted nursing home, Christian Care, in Ashland City. Please bring
white linens only to the container in the foyer or to the church office.
Food Bank Items Needed - In the last few months, our church has
ministered to many needy individuals and families, which has left our food supply dimminished. We are in great need of the following items: canned meats
(beef, chicken, tuna, spam, Vienna sausages), Ramen noodles, crackers, canned
ravioli, Spaghetti-Os, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, macaroni & cheese, canned soup,
beans, canned fruits and vegetables, and juice, and powdered milk. If you would like to help replenish the Food Bank, please bring such items to the church office.
Kans for Kids Aluminum Can Collection - We continue
to encourage our members to collect aluminum cans for recycling in order to
raise funds for renovations and material needs of our Children's ministry.
While we are no longer taking bags of cans at the Bell Tower on the fourth Sunday of each month, cans can be deposited in the bin designated Kans For Kids at the back of the church Parking Lot 1. The
proceeds from these cans will continue to
fund our children’s projects.
Box Tops & Soup Labels for Education - The Joelton Elementary Good News Club is collecting Box Tops (the little coupons on cereal and lots of other grocery items that schools can turn in for money) and Campbell Soup Labels for Education. This is one way they will help the school and continue to promote the Good News Club. If you would like to help, please leave your donations in the box at the church welcome center. We will be collecting these items on an ongoing basis.
