The Bridge Ministry – Volunteers are encouraged to participate
in this ministry that takes food and the Gospel to the homeless under the Jefferson
Street bridge at 6 p.m. on the 1st and 4th Tuesday nights of each month.

Disaster Relief - Southern Baptist Disaster Relief provides more than 200 mobile feeding units staffed by volunteers who can prepare and distribute thousands of meals a day, as well as assist with clean-up activities, temporary repairs, reconstruction, counseling, and bilingual services.

Good News Club at Joelton Elementary School– Trained volunteers from FBCJ take the Gospel to students at Joelton Elementary every Monday afternoon during the school year. This 1 ½ hour weekly club includes Bible lesson with application, songs, Scripture memory, a missions story and review games or other activities focused on the lesson's theme.

Isaiah 58 Inner City Ministry - Isaiah 58 is a ministry to the poor and disenfranchised in the city of Nashville. FBCJ is involved in a yearly coat drive to assist in this ministry.

Nashville Rescue Mission - Following God's command to love our neighbor as ourselves, the Nashville Rescue Mission seeks to help the hurting of Middle Tennessee by offering food, clothing and shelter to the homeless and recovery programs to those enslaved in life degrading problems. FBCJ supports this mission through a special Christmas offering

Men's Mission - FBCJ provides a worship service for the Men's Mission on the third Monday evening of each month. For more information or to volunteer contact Dave Broome at the church office or 615-772-6417.
Women's Mission - Our main focus for this mission is to lead women and children to Christ through a monthly worship service held on the 4th Monday evening of each month. Volunteers are always needed to assist with this service as we present the Gospel in song and worship. A youth service and a children's service are also provided. We also collect items that are needed for the women and children such as shampoo, soap. A Christmas dinner is also provided on Christmas day for all the women and children, complete with gifts and a church service.

The Hope Center is the residential program for women. Each month a graduation ceremony is held and volunteers from our church provide and serve food at the reception held following the graduation.

New Season Church – A new church plant of FBCJ located in the Whites Creek area. NSC is a dynamic community of faith established by God to serve the individual, family and community. Everyone is invited to join them on Thursday evenings at 6:30 at Grace Healthcare to participate in an intimate, meaningful, relevant, and Spirit-filled worship service. NSC is intentional in impacting the Whites Creek community with love, peace, purpose and diversity! NOTE:
Beginning February 5, we will be worshipping at Alex Green Elementary School
(3921 Lloyd Road, Whites Creek). The new worship day and time will be Sundays
at 11:00 a.m.

Operation Christmas Child – Each year our church collects toys, school supplies, candy and other small items and packs them in shoe boxes to be sent around the world, with Christian literature, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. In addition, there is an opportunity each year to help at the main distribution center in Boone, NC.

Prison Ministry - This ministry follows God's Word in reaching a unique group of people who have made serious mistakes in society to prepare them as they are released, and for eternity. Our church prepares Christmas packets each year to donate at each of the facilities. Help is needed to gather supplies, assemble and deliver the packets.

Seasonal Workers Ministry - Murray, Kentucky - Each Sunday morning, Hispanic worship services are held in Murray for the area workers.
