Leaving a Legacy, touching Tomorrow - Christian Estate Planning

A seminar provided by the Tennessee Baptist Foundation for
Christians who want to discover ways to make a positive difference for their families and their faith through the legacy they leave.
— SUNDAY, SEPT. 12, @ 4:00 p.m. IN THE WORSHIP CENTER —

Tragedy and Death. Two words no one likes to think or talk about — one is a possibility, and the other is inevitable. The question is, will you be ready when one or the other strikes? In the event of a life threatening accident, do you have a living will? In the event of death, are all your affairs in order? Do you have a last will and testament?  These and other questions will be the topics of focus at this free planning seminar that will be held in the worship center on Sunday, September 12 at 4:00 p.m.

In addition, this seminar will help you discover ways to leave a legacy long after you are gone through careful estate planning. Did you know that you can further the work of Christ through your last will and testament without taking away from your children or other beneficiaries? Come discover how you can touch tomorrow, today.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Do I need a will?
  •
  • What other legal documents do I need to have?
  •
  • What do I need to know about making provisions for my minor children?
  •
  • What do I need to know about estate taxes?
  •
  • Would it be beneficial for me to establish a Trust?
  •
  • How do I prepare a Christian will?

This free, informational seminar is open to all adult age groups and is presented by the Tennessee Baptist Foundation. If you have questions, contact Danny Davidson, Minister of Education/Administration.
