FBCJ Art Festival

FBCJ Art Festival Registration Form | Deadline: April 1


To submit your entry(ies) in the Art Festival, please complete the following form. You must submit a digital photo of each entry. All entries must be received by April 9. All form fields are required.

Prior to registration, please note the following terms and conditions:
Completion and submission of applications and works constitutes agreement by the entrant that there shall be NO LIABILITY on the part of First Baptist Church Joelton and/or their officers, board members, employees or volunteers, for loss, damage, or destruction of any artworks during the (calendar period/ duration of the art festival), including transportation if required. Insurance of artwork is the responsibility of the participating artist/entrant.

This is a family-oriented event. The work exhibited must not only reflect the Praise Him theme, but must also be appropriate for viewers of all ages. The FBCJ Art Festival Committee shall have the sole, exclusive and final authority to determine any work inappropriate, offensive or otherwise unacceptable for display at the FBCJ Art Festival. Any work submitted for entry that is determined to be unacceptable will be rejected.

You may enter as many works as you like, but you must provide the following information and a digital photo for each one. If you have multiple entries click the "Add Another Entry" button to reveal another blank form. When you are done entering the information and uploading photos for all of your entries, input the required ReCaptcha verification and click the "Submit" button.
